This double sided template shaper is designed to accurately machine two sides of a workpiece by following and copying a template mounted on the machine bed. Your workpiece to be machined is clamped on top of the template. The workpiece and template are clamped to the machine bed which is powered hydraulically moving the workpiece past the cutter heads. The two powerful cutter head motors are pneumatically operated with adjustable pressure.
Both cutter heads can be angled to suit the movement of the table designed for performing rounding operations on workpiece ends and complex shapes with undercuts.
Sturdy heavy duty spindles capable of accepting various cutter heads with easy and quick changover.
